Advice on what to do with illnes benefit

Hi Hope I can get some advice please. Illness benefit has run out . Socail welfare reviewed me and has told me im not entitled to credited contributions on my illness benefit as I am not incapable of work. My gp has me certified has being incapable of work . They have informed me that I can request to have it reviewed…

Hope I can get some advice please.
Illness benefit has run out . Socail welfare reviewed me and has told me im not entitled to credited contributions on my illness benefit as I am not incapable of work. My gp has me certified has being incapable of work .

They have informed me that I can request to have it reviewed again within 21 days notice.

Should I contact the appeals board or continue to send in certs
