    Just saw this on Sticky Bottle. It's difficult to make sense of.

    It happened last May, he woke up at the side of the road not knowing what had happened, convinced he was hit. It doesn't mention damage to person or bike, no witnesses , gardai are appealing for help.

    Sounds like he had a concussion, which can wipe out memory before and after the event. Pity he didn't think to ask Applegreen to preserve CCTV at the time, though of course you're not thinking straight in circumstances like that.
