Once you've started on a CE Scheme, would it be possible to change to another one with a different employer? If so, what would the procedure be?

My suggestion would be don't go near D.S.P. Do it between the 2parties involved, ie: let current and New Supervisors sort it out amongst themselves the 2 of them and they will get onto D.S.P. then if needs be.
