Hi anyone having issues with this service provider? I've used the service twice and both times I've had issues cancelling the service, they just continue to charge, both times I've had to open a paypal claim to get the money back. Also their service seems to freeze a lot which is one of the reasons I wanted to cancel, anyway hopefully they will improve.

    That website is shocking

None of the pages are secure (HTTPS)..... I wouldn't even think about getting anything from them, if even the basic internet security standards are non existent

Don't enter anything on that site and if you've signed up for an account, please change your password if you use the same one elsewhere (which is a bad idea also but beside the point)

This is also before getting to the point that every single channel you're paying for is available completely free on satellite/terrestrial

    edit:

There is a secure version of https://ibox.ie/ but HTTP does not redirect.... poor

Someone needs to read his own providers information

The website leaves alot to be desired. My advice would be to cancel and look elsewhere.

Edit: Discussion of streaming pay TV via iptv is not allowed here so when I say look elsewhere I obviously mean look to Virgin media, sky or a free to air setup.

Without making any judgement as to whether the service is legal or not, it’s not delivered by satellite so it’s off topic for this forum.
