Best builders and craftspeople in Ireland

I watch a lot of the car building shows and tons of projects and garages on Youtube (watching the Gordan Murray Escort build at the moment) and I just got to wondering. Do we have many world class builders and/ or craftspeople in Ireland and who are they? Are there any Irish built cars that have fame??

In terms of bikes, I can think of a chopper builder in Cork called Ger Conon who builds world class bikes and wins awards in Europe and beyond for his builds.

Are there more? Who are they?

When it comes to bike and car building in Ireland we're sadly lacking.
Medaza ( Don Cronin and Mick O' Shea) in Cork are world standard bike builders.

One of their bikes is on display at a current exhibition in the Peterson in LA.

There are a good few top class car modified/restorations done in ireland but very few ground up Hotrod type builds.

I would imagine the market in Ireland is just too small to sustain someone of that calibre, I've no doubt the raw talent is there though.

Some pretty good engine builders still around.
