No.4 took some amount steps for Gweedore before he kicked it in lead up to goal

Bad miss by Deegan. That wasn't a difficult one to spot.

Anyone think Maurice deegan is having a poor enough outing?

Such poor quality of refs you'd nearly be saying the same no matter who is in the middle. Steps for the goal was a glaring mistake.

You are obviously not familiar with his work :)

A 2/3 point start for anyone playing Dublin.

Letting players mouth off to him as usual and influence his decisions, as in last yellow for Ward of Corofin.

Ah I don't about the steps by no.4 for the Gweedore goal. Looked to be getting slapped in the process of shooting. No less illegal than many a Kevin MacManamon goal :D

He started a couple of metres outside the 21 and eventually struck the ball on the penalty spot!

Gweedore playing mind games at halftime :pac:

Is it a "make America great again" cap?

Hahaha. I really hope it is :D

For such a solid full-back in the hurling, Daithi went down handy there. Maybe needs the protection of a helmet for this big ball violence :D

Corofin have turned up the opportunity of a few handy points in the chase for a goal. It doesn't look like it'll catch them today, but it will some day.

Ronan Steede should be told to never kick the ball.

Few times Gweedore players have whiffed at a handy enough shot and are too happy to palm off the responsibility.

Wee Naoise seems scared shoot himself, always looking for the lay off....

Cassidy has beating easily of man if could put good ball in

Corofin seem to have weathered that storm from gweedore

Very few players have the ability to rile up the opposition like Sice can.

Gweedore keeper setting up most of Corofin attacks :)

True, but gweedore should learn to keep their mouth closed when the free is given. On at least 3 occasions today, deegan has brought in frees because gweedore defenders started mouthing off.

Gweedore not fit for the step up in class.

3 uncontested marks off their own kick out late in 2nd half when game was in the mix was pretty unforgiveable

Yep, a killer for any team chasing a game

They got the head staggers after they closed the gap and were looking good. Corofin closed It out well. Like watching them. Excellent club team. Thought they looked to have another gear if needed.

Kevin Cassidy was a beast in at full forward for Gweedore. Probably the last we'll see him play.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,780 ✭✭✭Always_Running

It was 1-6 to 1-5 that 1-1 for Corofin before half time proved the telling difference. I would have give Liam Silke MOTM for marking Odhran MacNiallais out of the game, any chance Gweedore had of winning today they needed MacNiallais to have a big influence on the game.

Sice scored 5 frees today that were brought forward for Gweedore players mouthing.

No one giving Columbas a chance here. Dublin Crokes had chances to close out the Leinster final twice so could be a long day for them.
