I have used it but mainly been a house sitter for others. It's been very good.
Just set up your boundaries or any rules from the off set and there's generally never a problem.

Make sure you let the house sitter know any medical / behavioral issues.

Friends of mine have used them several times. They have cats, dogs, hens and have always found it to be an excellent option for them.

Haven't used them but will be using House My Dog - so far have found them really good (although i haven't left her with anyone yet, she is booked with someone in a few weeks time though!)
Have done 2 meet and greats through them and picked the one i liked the best - read through all the reviews and return customers etc to get a good idea on them.
