Lets say you're 300th on the housing list for a particular area and you're deemed to need a
    3 bedroom.
If the Council sends you a letter saying you're 300th on the list for a certain area, does that mean you're 300th for people needing a 3 bedroom (so in this case there 299 people ahead in the list needing a 3 bedroom house) ,or it include also the people needing a 2 or 4 bedroom house (so if you're 300th, there are 299 people ahead of you in the list, but some of them are needing a 2 bedroom and some a 4 bedroom)?

You are 300th overall in a geographic area (includes all family units)
