Impossible to find gas Double oven with gas grill

I need to get a new oven because a part that broke in our oven can not be accessed because the panel that covers it is welded shut! I cannot find a built in gas oven with a gas grill that has a timer. It’s either gas oven with electric grill and timer or gas oven with gas grill and no timer!

Is there a safety reason why the grill has to be electric if in a gas oven?

I’d be happy with the New World one if it had a timer.
I’d be happy with the stoves one if the grill was gas.
