Moving House - No Eir in New House

    We're in the process of buying a house. The new house doesn't have any Eir broadband availability and is only served by wireless broadband. We current have a bundle with Eir broadband and my wifes mobile phone - if the house purchase is successful, how does the termination of the broadband part of this work in this case?

    Unfortunately we would be unable to advise of this here as our moving house team would need to look at your account and new address first. I would recommend contacting our moving house department on 1901 and they will assist you further.
