So according to Tubridy this morning the Pope is to blame for the lack of deck chairs at electric picnic! Just like the EU is to blame for everything that's wrong in the UK, the Pope is now the cause of all our ills in Ireland. Is this a new trend to help take the focus off FF and the government?

Hrmm... I'm still confused. Like what would each letter of "centra" be if it was an acronym?

    Feel like "portmanteau" fits better.

    Discuss. :pac:

I haven’t been to the EP since 2009 ( was there in 2007 as well) but it seems the mollycoddled generation want every luxury at their disposal. It’s a music festival FFS - you’re supposed to get into the music with the possible aid of mind-altering substances and put up with the mud and the messy tents.

In My Day (R) (old fogey that I am) we had Feile in Tipp and it was great craic - messy, disorganized, pre mobile phones and social media and spontaneous. And the Jim Rose Circus Sideshow was a sight to behold!! :P

Hmm. I suppose it's rests on how we classify the new word.

True. I've not ever been to that Stradbally place. Do they not have a river there that you sit alongside and throw empty cans into?

The only deckchair you ever saw in Thurles were the ones used by the old ladies selling sandwiches in their front gardens.
