what happens if you lose your address and you just had a speeding ticket

    What happens if you are expecting a small fine and then loose your address.
    The fine is for speeding and it is only a bit over the limit but you nervously cracked a joke at the garda and he is not impressed.
    Your landlord does not forward post.
    You have no address to forward to.
    Your landlord does not change his mind about sending post return sender.
    You have to look for a new address.
    Does that fine become a court order?

    Contact the gardai and inform them of situation if such an event should ever arise.
