Tracing International (Uk) Bank Transfer

    Hi.

    I have transferred a reasonable sum of money to a Uk bank account over a week ago via Banking 365.
    The money has been debited form my account, yet the recipient maintains he has received nothing.
    The uk bank will not speak with me as I am not their customer.
    Which kind of leaves me in limbo somewhat and out of pocket.
    Surely there must be a way of tracing if a transfer reached a particular account and if not - where did it end up?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. I am sorry to hear this.

    An international transfer can take 3-5 working days. If this transfer still has not shown up in this timeframe, Bank of Ireland can trace this transfer for you.

    To do this you can enter this request into Ask a Question on the Service Desk menu option on your 365online.
