I have an existing mortgage that i have had for 10 years. 15 years is left in it. No issues with repayments and have never missed a payment.
I have recently renovated my house spending all my savings on it.
My question is if i needed 10 r 20 k to finish the renovation am i put thru the same rigerous procedures as what i had to do when i applied for the 1st time. More importantly do they look for 6 months of bank statements.
    Cheers for looking

I'm sure you ll be subjected to fairly rigorous scrutiny to be getting a loan of that size, I am hearing the boom is back though in relation to banks and building works, so you d never know your luck. Best of luck with the works
