Just wonderIng if anyone actively trades pennystocks? Or what platform they use, de giro?

Would be interested to have a discussion group with a few others interested in the space to bounce a few ideas off each other

Would also be interest to know what platforms people are using. It doesn't look as though degiro is much good.

With these stocks do you not get screwed trying to sell in a falling market? Because there is so many pump and dumps is that not a high probability. I don't think the return is worth it for all the effort especially if your trading.

I do alright. Just have to be disciplined, learned that the hard way. It’s not the kinda thing to get into if you have a weak stomach.

I'm also interested in trading penny stocks. Can anyone recommend a broker?

    Kind regards

plenty of doom about penny stocks... but for an inexperienced person, would going long term on a few penny stocks not just be a safe way to start trading? i don't know **** so correct me if i am wrong

Long term on penny’s they can become worthless, the same can’t really be said about blue chip stocks which is where a beginner should probably start unless you’ve got money to lose.

I've been doing a bit of research on a guy called Tim Sykes. He specialises in short term trading, anything from a couple of hours to a couple of days.

Looks like it could be a bit of fun.
