Windows and drafts

    Hi there

We have double glazed windows but due to wear and tear or maybe bad installation there are gaps appearing when closing. Hinges in some are actually bent and won't even close properly.

Our front and back doors are also not aligned properly, need adjusting to sit tighter in their frames as there are big gaps and draughts.

I don't want to replace the windows, just wondering if there are tradesman or equivalent who actually just help repair windows and doors, tighten up/fill the gaps etc.

Based in Leixlip. Would love to get it done before the winter, we lose so much heat because of it. Would consider getting attic reinsulated at same time too (very poor cover)

Any Window repair company will quote you for new hinges / seals on your windows.

Are your windows and doors PVC, Timber
    or Aluminium?
