If I left my job (due to mental health reasons I was off work sick for three months ) voluntarily and when I sign on Monday. Will I get nothing for 9 weeks (no backdated money after 9 weeks either ) Thanks

Go and see your doctor, if they will say you had to leave for mental health issues then you may get paid from when you sign on.
