Has anyone got any experience either visiting or selling at Doonbeg Christmas Market? Was thinking of selling there this year and wondering if it is worth it, particularly interested if people think it's more worthwhile having a stall in the main marquee or In the courtyard area outside. Thanks.

In a word No. Useful for boosting your profile but not for selling. The only thing that sells is food and drink. We broke even both years but very few stands make money. Courtyard or marquee depends on the weather. The marguee can get so crowded it is uncomfortable so people don't buy.

Many thanks for that, perhaps we'll save our money (as it's not cheap!) and look elsewhere :)
Does anyone else have any experience with Doonbeg market??
