    Hi all,
I'm looking for someone to mark out a site I'm getting from parents and the steps I need to do to get it signed over to me. I'm in wicklow and would love recommdations and advice. Not sure if it's an engineer, architect or solicitor I should engage.
    Much appreciated.

Talk to a solicitor and they will give you the name of an engineer if you don't have one in mind for building a house on the site.

They will set out everything you need to do

Personally I would get planning on it first, and then, assuming approved, get it signed over pending permission. Could be a lot of expense for nothing if refused. Local arch/AT your first stop. All you would need for the planning would be letter from parents agreeing to same, along with all the other local needs and ancillary documents..
