Can't pay bill

    I recently cancelled my Eir mobile broadband. I've been trying to pay the outstanding balance but some I cannot do so. 

    The money was not taken by the usual Direct Debit. MyEir does not work for me. When I ring customer service it doesn't recognise the number and I am unable to get onto an actual person.

    I've gotten a letter saying the bill is overdue. I'm happy to pay it but for some reason you're making it very difficult.
