Vodafone Pay as You Go Issues

    Anyone on Vodafone pay as you go experiencing issues with their top credit balance? In the last 4 weeks, I have raised 5 separate incidents on charged items with no explanation. Their website is useless as it does not provide you with any transactional details and the app only shows usuages in the past 30 days. I have asked them for a detailed transactional report so will see if they can supply.... 😡
