BIDX1 Auction large amount of BTL property are landlords making a call on the market?

    I have never seen as many BTL properties for sale on Bidx1 . Is this a sign of landlords moving on or are they investment company loan sales ?

    The legal documents aren't up yet which would show who is selling. Generally they are repossession cases. landlords would generally go private treaty. Investment companies tend to own entire blocks.

    not entirely true bank have sold non preforming loans that contain individual properties

    They sell to vulture funds who appoint receivers. Most of Bidx1 is receiver sales.
