    I am a co op shareholder .
I am represented by a chairman , secretary and board of directors .
What happens when a board seeks both legal and accounting advise from irelands top advisers and when asked in a board meeting by directors, the chairman and secretary ,read abstracts from the documents but refuse blankly to pass the documents around to All directors .
Is there any governance that protects the share holder when our directors are been bullied by a few ?
