Is it locked to vodafone? And if so is it easy to break out of?

You're tied in for a year and flyer says 25 euro for the first 6 months and 35 after that. The phones not really free at that considering i get the same with Tesco for 15 euro a month, only drawback is no 4g with Tesco mobile

Eh theres two offers. The PAYG one outlined in my opening post (99cent phone plus 20topup) or a bill pay one where the phone is free.

Actually, technically the one you linked to appears to be 'Pay as you yo'.

4G rolling out on Tesco mobile at the moment. Check the TM forum. Tempted to move back to it now. Might wait a couple of weeks to see some speed reports.
