By any chance would law departments in colleges offer students public workshops for members of the public to go in and seek help on small legal matters. I'm looking at seeking and injunction to stop harassment but I don't know how much something like that would cost. If it's not too much, I would fund it myself. I know there is always citizens information walk ins but I suspect that would only be brief where I will be given advice to go to a solicitor.

Harassment is a criminal matter, report it to the guards.
