Garda fixed penalty payment hanging

Just got a 40 Euro fixed penalty notice in the post. Tried to pay online and after putting in my credit card details, the page just hangs saying 'Contacting your bank to authorise payment...'. It's been like that now for half an hour. I've taken a screenshot of this. Anyone know what I should do? Could the payment have been taken but the garda systems not updated?
