Omega DeVille 4330.23.00 - Ballpark Valuation?

    Hi,

I have an Omega DeVille 4330.23.00 which I purchased in 1998. I wore it for about a year and then purchased a Seamaster so it's been sitting in a drawer since. I'm considering selling it, but if it's not worth a lot, I'll hold onto it.

It's a quartz movement and is in need of a new battery.

It has its original box and papers and is in excellent condition although needs a clean. Although the box was well stored in a dry cupboard, time has mean that some of the red coating has come away in places, but I guess that's what 20 years does.

I'll consider listing on eBay unless there are other recommendations. IIRC, I paid close to €900 in today's money.

I can't recall if I had the bracelet shortened. If so, I'm pretty sure I would put the removed links in the box, but they're not there. I'll have a check in a couple of obvious places.

Open to suggestions for a ballpark valuation. I had a look online and there is one listed in the US for $795 claiming it's new and never worn. Can't find anything second-hand and DeVille prices vary greatly.
