    Portumna Cycling Club
    Present “The Aughty Challenge” In aid of Mighty Oaks Arch Club Portumna
    The Mighty Oaks Arch Club Portumna was formed in 2017 and it provides a platform for inclusion for children with special needs. It is attended by children with special needs their parents and siblings from Portumna and the surrounding areas including: Woodford, Killimor, Tynagh, Ballinakill, Mountshannon,
    Terryglass and Abbey. It takes place on Tuesday evenings at the Sign Out Youth Cafnd also occasionally provides yoga and Pilates classes at the retirement village Portumna. The club is totally self funded and your assistance would really go a long way to provide inclusion for children with special needs.

    The Mighty Arch Club Provides:
    1. A youth club for children with special needs.
    2. To include children with varying needs in regular activities.
    3. Birthday parties for members and for parents and siblings to enjoy together.
    4. Support for parents and siblings.

    Benefits:
    1. Providing social interaction and making new friends.
    2. A relaxed space to allow the members to watch movies, listen to music, take part in activities.
    3. A hub for parents and siblings to interact and give each other support.
    What’s happening, when and where:
    On Sunday August 12th Portumna Cycling Club are organizing a Charity Cycle with two routes the 110k
    route will leave at 9:00 and the 55k will leave at 9:15 from the square in Portumna.
