Dacia warranty

    Hi
I bought a Stepway in 2015 and paid the extended warranty.
Just been told today the extended warranty expires at either 5 years or 100000km.
I'm trying to find the paperwork but I was sure the extended warranty was 5 years / unlimited km warranty.
Anyone else pay for the extended warranty? I bought the car in Bradley Galway.
    Thanks.

From the UK website it says 5 years or 60k miles (100,000km) so I'd imagine it's the same over here.

    https://shop.dacia.co.uk/product/5-year-extended-warranty

A ring to your local dealer will confirm either way.

Thanks. I was sure it was unlimited though. I knew i would be clocking up high mileage which is why i opted for it.Bradley are telling me it's 100000 so unless I can find my paperwork, I'll have to take their word for it.
They have been bought out by Windsor now and their service costs have gone through the roof.

“It is all about smart buys nowadays and Dacia is the ideal smart buy for these tough economic times. We are delighted to be able to offer a Dacia range in Ireland from just €99 a month, with our Duster, Sandero, Logan MCV and now the Sandero Stepway Crossover (€129 per month), giving Irish drivers a real affordable choice for family cars. I think it shows the popularity of simple and reliable cars when you see our Sandero Supermini already nominated in the Irish Car of the Year Awards. To win would be good, but we feel Dacia is already winning in the affordability and practicality stakes as Irish customers are really growing to like the brand”, Lynne Boucher, Marketing Manager, Dacia Ireland.

Like the rest of the Dacia range, the new Sandero Stepway benefits from a 3 year/100,000 km warranty, extendable up to 5 years unlimited mileage for €369.

    Also from 2013.

At Windsor Dacia Galway, we believe in giving you the choice to pay only for what you value. That’s why our comprehensive standard 3 year / 100,000km* warranty may be extended up to 5 years unlimited mileage*. Our simple range offers two trim levels to suit your individual needs: from the affordable Alternative to the stylish Signature. And, with prices that are shockingly affordable, there really is a Dacia Sandero for everybody

I wonder if the dealer just took your €385 and didn’t give you the warranty!

How has the car in general over the 100000km. Did you have any major issues?

It's been really good. I hit 120000 km last week and the dipped lights stopped working. It's a problem with the switch. They wants 290 to fix it and I assumed the warranty covered it. They said the warranty expired at 100000. To be fair it's the only issue I have had so far.
I'll have a look over the weekend. If it really is over then I'm annoyed with myself for paying for that extended warranty knowing it would be useless to me.

Not sure what to think. I am fairly sure I was offered the unlimited warranty. Unless I can find the proof I'll have to grin and bear it.

Been dealing with Dacia directly the past two days. I'll update you as soon as they get back to me.
It seems that Bradley\Windsor are sticking to their guns though.
