Drystock to Dairy

Well folks, myself and my father are thinking about getting back into dairy. My father was milking here years ago until the herd was wiped out by TB. Drystock just isn't paying the bills. The farm will need a bit of investment though. i.e reseeding, some drainage, fencing, and parlour. 80 acres in total. 60 of which is used for grazing around the yard. There is winter housing for 50 cows, replacements and calves. We have no debt, have around 60 bullocks to sell and possibilty of selling a site before we go to the bank to get a loan. We both work locally off farm. My father part time and myself full time. Down the line i plan on putting in a robot or going into partnership with a neighbour but that's not an option for another couple of years. We want to get the most out of the farm at present. Any advice appreciated.
