Hi all, can anyone shed some light on these assessment questionnaires please?
(I'm not talking about the Verbal/Numerical tests,I'm ok at those) It is the initial questionnaire with questions such as are you punctual, would other people consider you to be punctual? A personality test maybe.
I have tried them multiple times for EO and TCO comps and never manage to progress. I am a CO, luckily it was not part of the application process then. I am trying the EO Dublin competition for practice this month.
Should you say you are excellent at everything? It catches me out somehow and I'd appreciate any advice, thanks.

Hi, just wondering how you did in this after. I didn't get it by about 4 points. Very disappointed as I would of taught it was easy enough to get through this stage

Hi, I’m in the same situation as you. I’ve done a lot of these for CO, Garda Call Taker, Customs CO recently and usually score really well but didn’t qualify on this EO. I answered much the same, taking into account it was EO on my answers so I’m baffled. I want to apply for the next one and will struggle again as I’ve no idea where I was going wrong!

Hia, I missed out as well by about 8 or 9 points. I’ll have to keep trying! I’ve been entering competitions just for practice & I’m improving. It’s a funny old system

Ya I was very disappointed so many stages before you even get to interview stage which is a pity, experience doesn't come into it until interview stage
