    Do you need planning permission if you install a kitchenette in a listed building, with no pluming or new electricity required? It would consist of generic free standing presses, fridge and microwave.

    Apply for a Section 57 Declaration to your local county council. They will inform you whether the proposed works would materially affect the character of a protected structure or not. There is no charge for this.
