Window / Glass Seals - who to ask?

We have external glass panels on our house, as well as windows that are in 15 years but never been checked/resealed. I have no idea who to ask - is it a 'handyman' who can put a seal on them or a professional glazier? Also have one double glazed window that is fogged up, assume double glazing seal is gone on it, which may…

Also have one double glazed window that is fogged up, assume double glazing seal is gone on it, which may need a new double glazed pane, so I will be needing a glazier at some stage but the priority is to get all the glass resealed before winter. Any advice welcome, thank you.
