    Used Dulux twice before
    No issues
Just switched to Fleetwood now, doing it myself
Easy to apply and lots of colours in the range
    Hope it lasts

nothing between them. Have been using both for years. ( though I have Sandtex on my own house at the moment and it is still good after 6 years since last painting)

Dulux wearhershield all the way from a pro painter or if you’re budget can stretch to it Colourtrend exterior paint is quality also.

Avoid Crown exterior paint at all costs in my opinion.

For a concrete wall nothing in them except colour range what's more important is the prep work

Is the prep work, a washing down with a fungicide cleaner or is ther3 anything else to do?
Old concrete that has never been painted
    Thanks.

Yes exactly then wash off with power washer and thin your first coat down the ratio will be on the back of the tub

Always powerwash, number one rule. You don't notice how dirty a wall is until you wash it. Scrape off all loose paint. Dulux or Sandtex the best. Might be criticised by neighbours if you wash in this weather. Best to wait.
