Does anyone know of any physios that they can recommend which also do personal training preferably in Dublin city centre?

I'm asking for a friend who was in a car crash and now has all sorts of back issues but has been cleared by Dr's and wants to continue with their strength training, lose weight and just increase their overall fitness.

Depends on the kind of training they want to do but Dublin Sports Clinic do both physiotherapy and S&C training (personal & group)

Edit: i can't speak to the training or the extent of the equipment they have but worth checking out.

I'm afraid the only one I know who is also a sportsman, and runs classes in his own clinic/gym is Paul Conneely PCM Physiotherapy, but he's a bus journey out in Dunboyne.

I'm a competitive sports person myself and have used Paul for years (I'm 52 and still fighting Judo, so he's getting something right).

Sorry I can't be more helpfully with someone in the city center.
