Hi folks, looking for some help please.

After 12 long months I have finally been approved DCA for my son and have received RCG payment for June this year.

I've been told I can claim for previous two years RCG, is this correct? If so, how do I go about it? I've been told to send a letter to the the deciding officer to claim this, has anyone any experience of doing this and what to put in the letter?

    Thanks in advance.
