Anyone know who the crowd with the dilapidated plywood box trailer parked in front of Tescos are? Hand painted sign "Cavan Social Services" on the front. Nobody in the trailer when I was there, but no sign of a licence on show either. Seemed to be shaking a bucket outside Easons as I drove past. I thought Social Services…

Didn't see them, but then I don't hand over cash on the street to anyone, regardless of who they're collecting for!
