Hi, few days ago I ve bought new head unit to my vw passat (07). It’s some chinesse double din touchscreen car stereo, the problem is that even if I take out key from ignition or lock off car the radio keeps draining the battery. I ve already been at 3 different mechanics none of them weren’t able to help me. Should I visit some electrician? Or any ideas how to fix it? Thank you.

Google some passat owners forums ,you'll need to update the can bus gateway to stop an aftermarket radio draining the battery - i think some Chinese ones have an option of pulling out some wires to get around this.
