Plumber needed in Bray, Co. Wicklow area

    It seems that I have ran out of luck trying to find a professional plumber using internet search engines, so here's me asking for help in this way.

    I'm looking for a plumber who'd be able to:
     - Replace a hot+cold water cylinder in an apartment.
     - Properly dispose of the old one.
     - Provide a proper quote instead of "mumble, mumble" over the phone or few scribbles on the back of the napkin. A proper quote is a document (printed, scanned, electronic or in some other somewhat durable form) that actually specifies what will be put in (i.e. size of item, model of item, etc...), what's the price for each item, a total and terms of payment.
     - Accept payment via bank transfer and not "cash only".

    If there's anyone out there who's able to meet these exceptionally stringent criteria, I'd love to hear from them or about them. Please do send me a message.
