Dipetane vs Nanothene

I buy dipeane in 25L drums, mainly use it for home heating oil, but I give the car the odd dose.

My supplier no longer stocks Dipetane (temporary measure) as they now have stocks of "Nanothene" that they claim is a copy of dipetane.
Nanothene seems to require a smaller dose.
    Ie
    1L dipetane treats 200L fuel
    1L Nanothene treats 250L fuel

The Nanothene is slightly cheaper, but treats more fuel (25% more/L)

Other than shouts of snake oil .. any opinions, anyone used this new additive in either their car or home heating ?
