Hey guys just looking for recommendations. I train 5 times a week (gaelic football and camogie). I am fit but i have noticed recently my legs get tired and heavy after 20 minutes into training. I know a major problem for it i am not drinking enough water to hydrate myself in the first place. Could anyone recommend any good drinks to take after training?

The issue may be more that you don't have enough fuel in the tank for training rather than what you might be drinking after.

Do you do a good warm up with active stretching?
