Hosepipe ban

    Theoretically speaking, supposing I use a powerwasher that is fed with water from my own private well, is that breaching the hosepipe ban?

    No, only applies if you have a supply from Irish Water.

    Also, the "House pipe" bans prevents one from watering the garden with a hose pipe, but if you have the time, you could just keep filling a watering can.
