I have a Giant Toughroad with 29 wheels. I'm trying to source slick tyres for it. The narrowest i can get for the wheels. Could anyone tell me where I might be able to get them online?

I think that giant sx-2 rim is 20mm internal so narrowest tire would be 28mm.

Honestly go for a nice tyre rather than the narrowest possible. You have a lot of choice!

Why narrow tyres? They'll only make it uncomfortable...

    Super, fast, comfy, wide tyres...

I have Schwalbe marathon MTB tyres on my 29er. They have a flat middle section (well they do now after 6k km's). 700c tyres should fit also, would recommend the Marathons for puncture resistance (6k - no punctures) but if you're going slick be mindful of wet conditions, muck, mud and wet manhole covers.

Any 700c tyre wider than 28mm should be fine, you have a massive choice. German sites are usually good value for tyres, e.g.

Schwalbe Big Apples are a nice 29er alternative for commuting.
