    Hey guys
I have a family friend who has recently discovered his 20 yearold  daughter is chewing and spitting out chocolate, Just wondering where can he get her some help.
As far as he knows she is not doing it as a weight thing . Its more an anxiety issue, When she gets upset she would do it with 2/3 giant chocolate bars in one sitting,
She has never had any issues with food before ,she would be a good eater and not worried about weight issues or trying to look skinny,
Is there anywhere he could take her to get help for this ?
    Any help would be great

First port of call is GP who will refer her to relevant specialist.

Thanks I did mention that to him , but he said she agreed to get help but wanted as little people involved as possible,
I guess its pride thing with a young girl, she was hoping she could skip the GP , I'm guessing she'd feel judged every time she went back to the family GP.
