Temporary work and rights

Hi ive been employed in a summer school for two weeks through an English language school, I will be teaching in a college in Dublin. Ill be paid at the end of the two weeks but I have one concern, The principal of the school emailed me with a gmail address which was Principal(collegename)@gmail.com. I thought this was strange as usually schools have an ETB or microsoft email address.
The second concern I have is when I googled the school a different person was listed as principal. They also didnt supply with an address for the college or any directions on how to get to there.
Ive googled the language school employing me and there is a Summer school running and there are Summer schools in the college that ill be teaching in. My biggest concern is that ive suspended my social welfare until I have completed the job. Hypothetically, if everything was not above board and I dont get paid or some issue occurs, what are my rights here?
