The housing dev team are working on the issue to try and get it resolved. Can I get my solicitor to send a letter to her asking her to take such actions to resolve the spying issue?

It's also been logged with the guards, so i'm waiting to hear back from the housing development board to see if they can resolve this.

well, i have reason to believe due to anecdotal evidence, the claims I make.


I don't need to give any details on vile comments except that other people have experienced it too.

Anecdotal evidence is not evidence.
As with any claim of anti-social behaviour it is best to log each instance you feel aggreived by with detail, date, time and any corroboration you may have.
Then take legal advice on how best to proceed.
You can get a solicitor to send a letter for any reason you like, paper rarely refuses ink and solicitors rarely refuse a fee...
Whether any perceived sleight on the part of your neighbour is actually actionable however is a different matter.

I don't need to involve myself in some stupid bull**** about making logs of my neighbours behaviour. I don't want to know anything about her.

Now, she is breaking the law so she is going to get a solicitors letter advising her on what she needs to do....if she has any problem with that she can contact her own solicitor.

In the meantime I will continue getting on with my own life, and get a character reference if needs be.

assume for a second Brian, that the lady is also monitoring people visiting my house, including their schedules. She makes it blatantly obvious how she feels about "you ***** insert country here ****"
