    2 very different cars.

Could you let us know your thinking that lead you to this point?

A3 unless you really need the space of the Tucson

Ok, but the Tucson is a diesel commercial vehicle, and the Audi is a small petrol hatchback.

They do the Tucson in a passenger version, they also do it in petrol, they do the Audi in diesel. It all comes down to what you need.

The Audi strikes me as being a bit in the cheap side for a 2016 S Line.

Bolands have an annoying habit of advertising cars at the net price of including a scrappage allowance. If your trading in an existing car I'd expect to add another 2k to that advertised price.

I have a newer model of that A3, the 1.5 150bhp version. Mine is automatic.

It really is a beautiful and very responsive car to drive.

Would be very different from a Tucson as others have said.

I also think the price is too low on it.

The Tucson is 22000 + VAT which is over 27000 if you can't claim the vat back. It's aimed at businesses. The A3 is 22000 to you.

It's a 2 seater too. All things considered if you just want something to drive and dont carry bulky goods its a no brainer to go for the a3, apart from anything else it's much nicer in my opinion.
