Hi, I have earned 56.88e as a travel credit to use for Ryanair flights. I tried to use it but their website kept not accepting it. So I booked flights without it. Now I checked and noticed they took the travel credit and did not put it back (note flights never booked). I chatted to them and they said they won't return my travel credit to my account. It sounds like extremely poor customer service. Any ideas where to complain. They just made extra 58e just for being Ryanair.
