Small TT bike wanted

I'm interested in a small (around 52 or smaller), mid-range TT bike in Cork or Kerry area. I don't need wheels and I'd need compact or sub-compact chainrings. I have Shimano sub-compact if it would fit the bike. 10-speed Shimano to suit my wheels
