    Hi,

Just looking for some recommendations. I live in lucan and work in city centre. I am late 30's, 6'2" and about 230lbs and guessing about 25% bf.

My aim is to get down to about 185lbs and as close to single digit fat as possible. Are there any good semi pt or class based training that will help me with this goal that is not overly expensive. Preferably based in either of the locations mentioned. I don't want to go to the gym on my own starting out as I know I would only get bored and end up losing motivation.

I like the look of Andy Kenny fitness and how its class based weight training but would this be enough? I would be hoping to achieve my goal before the end of the year or would that be too ambitious?

Any recommendations or advice would be welcome please.

Check out Dublin Strength and Conditioning. Never been there but after following on social media for a while, they seem like a good place.

I had a look at there website recently and it looks very good but the price is a bit prohibitive.
Am I reading this correctly at €716 a month? or is that €179 per month?

"Unlimited semi-private personal training. Access to 6 training sessions per week - €179.
Limited semi-private personal training. Access to 3 training sessions per week - €149. "

The training sessions are per week not the price

well that is better. I would consider it if I thought that the goal would be achievable in a few of months. Are there any other recommendations that would be a good fit for what I am looking for?
